The swim spa is built for all ages and can be used for walking, running, relaxing and or fitness aerobics. The great thing is that the flow of the current is controlled by you, along with the temperature. The speed of the current can be as easy or challenging as you want it to be. The dual temp swim spa has the swimming component along with a spa attached. The tub can be hot while the swimming portion can be cooler while you swim.
