In addition to servicing all of the spas we sell, we offer repair services after warranty on hot tubs and swim spas that were not purchased from us for these brands: Hot Spring® Spas, Tropic Seas Spas™, Strong® Spas, Endless Pools® Swim Spas, Freeflow Spas®, and Artesian Spas™.

Frequently Asked Questions

For warranty repairs, the only cost to the spa owner is to cover the cost of sending a certified technician to work on the spa. All parts and labor are billed to the manufacturer directly. If a repair job requires multiple visits, that cost is covered by the initial co-pay. A new issue or problem that occurs during the period of time the warranty is valid will require a new co-pay for the technician.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a hot tub warranty extension.

Because issues can vary across make and model, in addition to equipment being complex, we are unable to safely and effectively advise you how to repair your hot tub over the phone. However, if you are experiencing an issue, you can rest assured that our certified technicians offer repair services in a timely manner.

We are unable to install parts that have been purchased from a 3rd party as we are unable to verify its authenticity. If you need parts installed on your spa, we offer competitive prices, factory certified parts, and services from a certified technician.

In most cases, you don’t need to be home for our technician to service or repair your hot tub. Unless the hot tub is obstructed by a deck or other structure, you have an unrestrained pet, or we do not have permission to enter your property, we should be able to conveniently repair your hot tub.

Yes! We offer two weekly spa valet service package options that include cleaning, chemical balancing, and a quick inspection for issues or potential problems. To sign up for valet service, contact your closest Texas Hot Tub Company store.

We do! Our Autoship program is catered to your watercare system and is autoshipped every 4 months. Simply request to enroll from your certified service technician.

Valet Services

Our Spa Valet services make maintaining your hot tub easier than ever and are catered specifically to your water care system. Not only will you receive a quick cleaning and chemical balancing, because our certified technicians are doing consistent inspections, that will often prevent larger issues with your hot tub from occurring. We offer two packages for weekly valet services. Both options include:

• Cleaning and degreasing* filters
• Cleaning the waterline
• Vacuuming the floor and filter area
• Testing and treating the water
• Cleaning and conditioning* the cover
• Inspecting the equipment compartment

*Degreasing filters and conditioning covers are provided only once every 4 weeks.

In our first package option, we’ll use our Filter Clean and Cover Shield but you will need your own supply of chemicals.

With our second package option, we’ll supply all the chemicals needed for your hot tub’s water care.

Autoship Program

Enrolling in our Autoship program – where we automatically send you a shipment of chemicals every 4 months – is a fantastic way to ensure you always have the spa chemicals you need on hand. With our chemical autoship program, we customize your shipment to fit your hot tub, so whatever your preferred watercare system: salt system, mineral, traditional chlorine, etc., we’ve got you covered!
