3 Ways to Manage Your Anxiety 

In today’s chaotic world, it can be hard to keep your nerves at bay. The good news is there are plenty of things you can do to help manage your anxiety. Try these for a start and you’ll soon be on your way to peace of mind. 

1. Make Time to Exercise 

Set your alarm to wake up 30 minutes earlier and start your day with whatever movement you enjoy most. Go for a jog, try out yoga, or even dance! Not only will your body feel better and stronger, but you can also shut out the world with some good music and positive vibes. This can help take your mind off everyday stresses. Plus, burning that nervous energy reduces anxiety. This also helps you sleep better at night, and boosts your energy for the day.

2. Write a List

Each time you have a worry pop into your head, jot it down. Then spend a few minutes at the end of the day thinking about those problems. Set a 5-minute timer if you need to, and only worry about the things on your list for your allotted time. Believe it or not, postponing your anxieties can help lessen your worry when you sit and think in peace and quiet. It may even help you to better solve your troubles.

3. Soak in a Hot Tub
